Dojo Rules and Code of Conduct

Discipline inside and outside the dojo is the foundation of every instructor's journey.

Uniform Requirements

Clean karate gi or approved uniform at all times
Correct belt according to current rank and level
Proper personal hygiene before every session
Approved protective equipment where required

Dojo Conduct

Bow when entering and leaving the dojo
Respect instructors, seniors and classmates
Maintain silence and attention during instruction
Use control and care in all partner practice

Health and Safety

Inform instructors of injuries or medical concerns
Participate fully in warm-up and cool-down protocols
Follow safe training directions at all times
Report pain or discomfort immediately
