Twelve courses across two semesters, moving from technical foundations to advanced applied teaching and final assessment.
Foundations of Karate and Human Health
History, philosophy, dojo etiquette, values and character-building.
Stances, punches, blocks, strikes, kicks, posture and breathing.
Basic kata, embusen, rhythm, timing and partner drills.
Strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, agility and karate fitness.
Bones, muscles, joints, body systems and exercise responses.
Wellness, hygiene, athlete care and safe training principles.
Applied Karate, Coaching and Sports Health
Technical refinement, timing, tactical movement and controlled practice.
Balanced diet, hydration, meal timing, recovery nutrition and wellness.
Common injuries, warm-up, cool-down and prevention strategies.
Lesson planning, communication, class management and beginner teaching.
Motivation, focus, confidence, goal setting and leadership.

Assessment and Grading
